Now you see it, now you don't

Finally the day has come to get rid of the darn thigh extention to the brace. After thirteen weeks of wearing this metal and plastic body-armor, its off. My leg feels 10 pounds lighter and I can move again - it is so wonderful!

And of course today is beautiful out - the sun is shining and although its not exactly warm out - I really don't care - it's just amazing to be able to move again - I've missed that most.

The only other thing to comment on today is that now that the swelling is mostly gone in my back, I can feel the screws in my back - and they hurt like a son of gun - ouch.
